Currently a Non-Executive Director, Harsha was previously a full-time Director at In-depth Consulting. Before this, she worked as an Associate Vice President with Right Management.
Harsha has over 20 years of experience. She has worked with several organizations in India and the US, including KPMG, United Healthcare, Watson Wyatt, Crompton Greaves, Right Management and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.
Over the last six years with In-depth Consulting, Harsha has worked closely with the CEOs, Group HR / Unit HR Heads at Embassy Group, Manipal Group, Siemens, RSP, IMRB and Bacardi to institutionalize changes in Leadership and HR Strategy and Systems.
Harsha is an economics graduate and a post graduate from SIBM, Pune and is certified on Hogan, Thomas Profiling, SHL and PAPI assessment tools.
