Nidhi has over three years of industry experience. Prior to joining In-depth Consulting, Nidhi worked with Adecco and Shriram Group in a Generalist HR role. In these roles, she managed the operational activities in HR including recruitment, induction, MIS reports and employee engagement activities.
At In-depth Consulting, Nidhi focuses on research to create the first cut of solutions to fit client requirements. She also coordinates with clients to support the delivery of assignments.
Nidhi is a post graduate in Human Resources from Banasthali University, Rajasthan. She is a certified practitioner of Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and Hogan Assessments.
