The client’s employee-related policies were designed over a decade ago, and were no longer relevant. In-depth Consulting developed the organization’s new personnel policies manual, which detailed personnel policies and procedures. We also adapted the manual for implementation through the organization’s SAP-based HR portal.

Designing a recognition program for a leading Indian healthcare provider and its sister brand – a leading provider of high-quality higher education services

Both organizations wanted to focus on improving employee engagement. In-depth Consulting was selected to design, communicate and implement a recognition program for each organization. We designed the programs and partnered with the organizations involved to communicate and implement them. Both recognition programs are now in their fifth successive year.

Designing and implementing a performance improvement program for a leading Indian property management services organization

The client’s growth strategy hedged on chasing aggressive business targets and managing a talent base from diverse backgrounds. In this context, the group wanted a simple yet practical Performance Management Program that would help them identify and reward true high performers.

In-depth Consulting developed the program, which involved:

  • Enabling the top 165 executives of the company (from the Chairman to Assistant Managers across businesses) to define their key performance targets, weightage and measurement indicators
  • Working with a software firm to help automate the system. Client Satisfaction Score for this initiative is 9/10
  • Launching the program in partnership with the client, communicating with stakeholders and hand-holding the organization through the implementation of the program over two complete cycles

Architecting a compensation strategy for a leading provider of high-quality higher education services

The organization was hiring people from various sectors including FMCG, telecom, IT, retail, banking, services and education. At the same time, it also found that it was losing people to these industries because some compensation elements were not very employee friendly.

In-depth Consulting stepped in to conduct a customized compensation survey and recommend changes across various the compensation levels and structures. We made these recommendations to the Managing Director and the HR Head. These recommendations were in turn approved by the Board.
