Supriya is the founder of Eskay Total Rewards Solutions, an HR consulting practice providing high impact customised solutions to its clients in the Total Rewards area.
She specializes in the areas of Rewards, Recognition, Job Evaluation, Variable Performance Plans, Share Ownership, Market Benchmarking and Performance Management offering a holistic approach towards Total Rewards.
She holds a post graduate degree (PM&IR) from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She has over 17 years work experience in various multinational organisations including experience in Consulting, Start-Up and FMCG. She has worked with Arthur Andersen, as lead for Human Capital Consulting; Head HR of BP Lubricants India; and Head of Compensation & Benefits for India and South Asia, for Pepsico and Gillette.
