Over the last 28 years, Arvind has led global organizations in Management Consulting and HR functions. He worked with Right Management, India as Chief Operating Officer till February 2010. Prior to Right Management, Arvind worked with Ernst & Young as the Partner and Human Capital Leader for South Eastern Europe. Arvind led both Ernst & Young and Andersen Human Capital’s practices in India and the Middle East from 1996 to 2004. He was head of the HR function for IBM Global Services Ltd and Polaris Software Services from 2004 to 2007.

Arvind has completed his post-graduation in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and has been certified in Hogan Leadership Assessments, Thomas International’s Personal Profile Assessment, SHL’s Occupational Personality Questionnaire, Predictive Index, Executive Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith, Change Management, Leadership Training, Compensation and Performance Management from accredited global organizations.
